Schedule Your Discovery Call
Everything starts with a brief, no-pressure conversation. Contact Kirsten by phone, email, or through the contact form on this site. This call is about making sure you're a good fit and answering any questions before you commit to anything.
Your First Visit: Getting to Know You
The most important visit. This 60-minute session is about understanding you — your health history, family background, lifestyle, cultural food preferences, current diet, and goals. Kirsten does not judge. She has seen every starting point, and she will meet you where you are.
Receive Your Personalised Nutrition Plan
After your first session, Kirsten puts together your personalised nutrition plan — emailed directly to you. This isn't a generic meal plan; it's built around the foods you enjoy, your cooking habits, and your schedule. She'll include restaurant menu suggestions, quick recipes, and practical food swaps.
Follow-Up Sessions: Track, Adjust, Progress
Follow-up visits are 30 minutes and focus on what's happening in your real life — what's working, what isn't, and how to keep moving forward. These aren't just check-ins; they're strategic adjustments that keep building momentum toward your goals.
Ongoing Support — On Your Terms
Many clients are fully independent by session 3 or 4. Others choose to check in periodically for accountability, life changes, or new health goals. There is no pressure to keep scheduling appointments — Kirsten's goal is for you to reach the point where you don't need her for the basics.
