How It Works

A typical series of visits

Most clients achieve their goals in just 2โ€“4 sessions. Here's what that typically looks like.

1

The First Visit (~60 minutes)

Kirsten gathers your personal health history, family background, lifestyle, current diet, cultural food preferences, and goals. There is no judgement โ€” everyone's life is different, and understanding your starting point is essential. She'll also begin sharing foundational nutrition information tailored to your situation and often send you off with initial recipe and meal suggestions.

2

Personalised Plan Delivery

After the first visit, Kirsten creates meal plans, suggests specific recipes (quick, affordable, and actually delicious), and identifies better options at your favourite restaurants. Everything is emailed to you. No extreme overhaul โ€” just realistic, small changes you can actually make.

3

Follow-Up Visits (~30 minutes each)

Follow-ups answer your questions, review what's working, and help you transition into your own healthier lifestyle. There's no typical timeline โ€” some clients need 2 sessions, others keep in contact for years. The goal is always to get you to a place where you feel confident and independent.
